Karen does not accept insurance, however she will gladly provide you with a receipt for services with the information necessary to file a claim with your insurance company.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is due at the time the services are rendered. If you do not show up for your scheduled session or have not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
