At Dallas Counseling & Wellness Center we can help you begin to address patterns that are self-destructive. We believe that being in recovery allows you to live in a centered, stable place within yourself. The first step is being able to admit that your life is unmanageable and you are coping in unhealthy ways to stop emotional pain. We can help guide you in your process of recovery.

It may be that you are in a relationship with someone who is living outside of your value system. You can aid in stopping the cycle, but know you did not cause it! There is hope and our therapists are trained to help you regain your life.
