-You are traveling and want to continue your therapy services while you are out of town.
-You work crazy hours and find it difficult to get to a counselor's office.
-You are a stay-at-home parent who can't leave the kids but needs to talk to someone.
-You are a couple in a long distance relationship.
-You have limited mobility, do not drive, and do not have transportation.
-You suffer from a social phobia, agoraphobia, or general fear of getting out of the house.
-You need quick, solution-focused advice for a problem that may not require longer term counseling.
-You have never been to counseling before and you want to see what it is like to talk to a therapist before you make a face-to-face appointment
Though phone counseling has shown to be effective, face-to-face counseling is highly recommended if you are local and able to come to our therapy office. The relationship and trust you develop with your therapist is a crucial component in the healing process. And for many people, being physically present with their therapist helps them feel more connected and comfortable expressing their emotions.

IT'S EASY!
- Just call our office or email us and let us know if you prefer telephone or Skype counseling, when you are available for a session, and the length of the session you are requesting. We
will assess your needs and match you with a therapist if you haven't chosen one.
- You and your therapist will set a mutually agreed upon appointment time.
- You will be required to fill out a New Client Data Form and a Disclosure Form which you can mail or email to your
therapist and must be received prior to your initial session.
- Use the PayPal buttons below to pay for a 25 or 50 minute session.
Your therapist will contact you at the scheduled appointment time to begin your counseling session. Clients must have a Skype account for scheduling a webcam counseling session.
- You must be 18 or older to schedule a session.
Otherwise, a parent or guardian must schedule the session.
Important: Telephone and Skype counseling is not appropriate for people who are suicidal, self-injuring, homicidal, or who have mental health issues that require more intense care than one session per week. If you feel severely depressed, suicidal, or you think you are about to hurt yourself or someone else, call 911, or go to the nearest hospital emergency room or clinic immediately and ask for help.
Contact us today to set up your initial session or if we can answer any questions for you!
