*If you feel you are not in a position to afford the standard fee, we will try to work with you to make therapy affordable. Please let us know when you contact us and other arrangements can be discussed. All Counselor Interns are trained and supervised by Karen E. Brown.

Unless you request a specific therapist, we will respectfully consider your concerns, budget, and time availability when assisting you with your first appointment and matching you with a therapist.

As a courtesy to our clients we are happy to file claims with your insurance company for your reimbursement when appropriate which means no paperwork hassle for you! With the exception of Blue Cross Blue Shield, we are an out-of-network provider which means you are required to pay the fee at the time of the session and your insurance company will reimburse you directly once the claim has been processed. Either contact your insurance company and ask about “out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health”, or call our office and we will be happy to verify your benefits for you.

Note: Payment for services is due at the end of each session. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card.
